- Record keeping for classes and merchandise sales

It is Rugrats Rugby company policy not to keep any of your financial data on file. Once the booking process is complete the financial information is NOT stored and you will therefore be required to re-enter your payment details at every re-booking stage.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Controlling your personal information
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
Upon signing up as a customer you Opt In to allow us to process your booking and become a member of our programme, but equally you have to right to Opt out of receiving booking confirmation and marketing from Rugrats Rugby. You can simply reply to one of the emails you have received from us with the words Opt out to prevent further communications of that manner.
You will also be able to Unsubscribe from our e-newsletter by selecting the Unsubscribe feature which will be included at the bottom of each of our newsletters.
Right to Erase
You have the right to have your information erased from our systems and upon us receiving this request we will process this for you. Please note if you are a customer who wishes to continue within the programme then we do need to safely secure your details so that you are able to process an online booking for our classes.
