Rugrats Rugby is a rapidly expanding play programme and as such we are seeking fun, enthuastic and dedicated coaches to join our nationwide coaching team.
Head Coach -
The ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing and organised and have previous experience of coaching within a junior rugby programme whether pre-school or club level. In addition to this you will hold a minimum of a level 1 RFL / RFU coaching qualifiaction and be capable of planning, preparing and delivering sessions in accordance with the Rugrats Rugby sylllabus. You must also hold a relevant first aid qualification or be prepared to undertake one before commencent of your role.
Assistant Coach -
The ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing and organised and although previous coaching experience is not essential you will have a desire to work with young children. You will provide a range of assistance to the Head Coach in delivering their sessions and therefore you must be flexible, apaptable and supportive.
**Please note: All successful applicants will be subject to a fully enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check, written references will be obtained and all certifications will be validated. In addition to this you will be expected to complete the Rugrats Rugby staff training programme and any other relevant training required**
